Returns / Exchanges
ONLINE RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer refunds - all returns will be issued store credit (please note credit codes do not expire).
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
- Full priced items can be returned for store credit.
- All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return or store credit.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or have any markings (i.e. makeup, tan, deodorant... etc.).
If items do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to customer at his/her expense.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Timeline
Your item/s will be considered returned once we receive it at Only Daughters. They will be assessed and processed for store credit. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer will pay for shipping on the returned item. Only Daughters will pay for the shipping on the exchanged item.
