CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel the order. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Make sure to check your spam/junk. If you haven't received your order confirmation you may have input your email incorrectly. Please reach out to us at hey@onlydaughters.co with your order number and full name so we can look further into it.

I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, CAN I CHANGE IT?

We would be happy to update your address as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped we can attempt to redirect your parcel with the courrier but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Please reach out to us at hey@onlydaughters.co with your correct address so we can further assist!

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE, WHAT CAN I DO?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but any returns made are eligible for store credit.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately at this moment we only ship domestically. However, keep an eye out for future changes.
