Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from our warehouse. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped. Orders placed after 12pm PST will begin processing the next business day.

TRACKING

When we begin to process your order you will receive an email with tracking. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID.

DELAYS

Once the package leaves our HQ we rely on the same tracking information as you. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed.
